I first contacted Angelique cause she was the listing agent on one property I saw on line. I didn’t know her at all. She asked me what I was looking for and she found me other listings . She offered to show me the listings I was interested in when I would be in Los cabos.
I finally went 3 weeks later and from there she has been the best agent ever. Not only she was available on weekends but she was so patient with me and helpful and not pushing at all. She spent the full weekend with me and was trying to find better fit for what I was looking for.
She was very impressive because she has a very good memory and would remember all the details of every place we saw. And the best quality which shocked me totally was that even after I agreed on the price for the condo I wanted she went back an got another $3500 less to the already reduced price. I doubted that she could do that but she did. And that also means that her commission got reduced because the sale price was reduced. But her interest was my pocket and I don’t know a lot of agent who would have done the same
She is really a good agent and very easy to reach at anytime and efficient.

Jeff Schmidt is the real estate agent’s real estate agent. He combines passion, humor, and hard work to engage his clients and listen to what their needs and desires are. LuAnn and I first used Jeff to help us purchase our penthouse condo in the Cabo Corridor, and due to my wife’s and my different location preferences, showed us unit across Los Cabos, both near Cabos San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. Ultimately, we found our dream view and condo with the added benefit of being selected to film a HGTV show with him. That was an interesting experience, to say the least, but Jeff made it fun and engaging and resulted in something we were proud of. Further evidence of our belief in Jeff’s skills is that we are now looking to purchase a home with pool in the Cabo Corridor and we’ve engaged Jeff again as our real estate agent for the sale of our current condo. We finally did it! We finally bought a place in Cabo and it would not have happened without Patrick at Own in Cabo. We always knew we wanted to buy in El Cielito the timing just never worked out but Patrick always took my calls and emails and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. Coming from LA to Cabo, to purchase a property can be a daunting task, but Angelique made every step of the way easy and smooth for me. From listening to my needs/objectives for purchase to guiding me with the financial ins and outs, hooking me up with reliable professional lawyer who continues to answer my questions should they arise long past the completed deal , to informing me about hiring a property manager, if I wanted one and introducing a few property managers to me, while allowing me to chose which person fit my needs.
